You will be signed up for the same class each week. If you book into a second class each week, then you can pay the concession rate for that second class.
 
Casuals are offered if there is space on first come first serve basis.

An Evening of Yin & Yang Yoga

Saturday 6th Nov 3.30pm-5.30pm

Join Gyani on a two hour journey using dynamic heating Hatha ‘Yang’ yoga practice before moving into the stillness of passive ‘Yin’ yoga and meditation practice. The afternoon will finish with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra. Balancing these two energies ‘Yang’ and ‘Yin’ will leave you feeling more grounded, connected and in harmony.

Investment: Earlybird $26 if book before 23rd Oct. Full price $30 or $28 concession. Some yoga experience required, not suitable for complete beginners.

Less Stress More Calm

Friday 26th November 5.30pm-7.30pm

Experience a restorative yoga practice to help de-stress and wind down at the end of the week, with longer held passive poses to release deep tensions in body, meditation and yogic breathing practices (pranayama) to calm and rebalance the mind, and yoga nidra to deeply relax and restore.

Investment: Earlybird $26 if book before 12th November. Full price $30 or $28 concession. Suitable for all levels including beginners.
