Meditation is the gentle re-focusing of attention that allow us to control the never-ending stream of thoughts running through our mind every minute of the day. Bringing the mind under control allows us to see the reality of situations we experience. We can then analyse and reflect meaningfully on thoughts and emotions.  This brings peace and calmness to ourselves and to those around us.
