We apologise for the break in our meditation sessions. Our meditation leaders are on retreat or holiday. We’d love to see you back again soon.
Meditation is the gentle re-focusing of attention that allows us to control the never-ending stream of thoughts running through our mind every minute of the day. Bringing the mind under control allows us to see the reality of the situations we experience. We can then analyse and reflect meaningfully on thoughts and emotions. This brings peace and calmness to ourselves and to those around us.
