Transforming our thinking July 10th, 13, 17,20 7pm

Venerable Lhundrup, a resident teacher at Atisha centre and author of How to meditate, will visit us for two weeks in July. He is a former Melbourne DJ who now lends his deep voice to ways we can help ourselves to be happier by transforming our minds. Despite what we sometimes think, no amount of money, social life or fame can make us happy if our mind is restless and miserable. We search everywhere outside but rarely consider that the solution to our problems lies inside. Venerable Lhundrup will help us to discover some of these possibilities.
