Mind and emotions, Sat Jan 6th 2-4 pm

Our mind seems to be full of emotions that are out of our control. Is this really the case? Buddhists have been using techniques of mind training for a long time, to create a calm and balanced mind.  Ven Tony will give an introduction to the teachings on how our mind creates our emotions. We will look at some ways to change our mind.
