Meditations on Bodhicitta, begin Mon Sept 4th

Continuing from our Monday nights on 7 point mind training, we will hold a series of meditations designed to grow compassion, loving kindness and the altruistic wish to help all beings have temporal and lasting happiness. These meditations are led by senior students.

Sept 4th: Joyous effort/perseverence

Sept 11th: gratitude/rejoicing

Sept 18 Loving kindness

Oct 2nd: Compassion

Oct 23rd: Tonglen

Nov 6th: Generosity

Nov 20th: Overcoming anger/patience

Dec 4th: Forgiveness

On these evenings we are also hoping to include short videos of relevant topics.

You do not have to be a Buddhist to come along, but some Buddhist terms and concepts will be included in the content.
