Giving and taking , or tonglen, is a meditation technique in which we visualise ourselves breathing in the problems of others and breathing out our happiness to them. It is practice to reduce our self cherishing mind and grow our altruism. The beneficiary of doing this practice is actually ourselves. Ven Lgundrup will explain the technique and guide us in practices to grow loving kindness.
